Since 1980, HMS Inc. has completed more than 4,800 urban and rural projects in every corner of Alaska. We have been a partner in projects that range from small to large in scope — costing a few thousand dollars to more than $100 million. See the maps at right and below to view some of our many projects. HMS Inc. is based in Alaska, but our work spans the globe, including numerous projects in the Lower 48 and Hawaii.

• Clients’ specific needs are addressed in customized reports.
• Our staff is experienced in preparing estimates in CSI Divisions, Uniformat Elemental Categories, and the MCACES (MII) format required by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
